Sunday was a relaxed day, we did the concert at the Central Club in Peacehaven, went home early and had a good night chilling in Nel's garden. Monday morning we woke alittle earlier than usual to go for a walk in the South Downs. A beautifull area with lots of sheep and a lot of sun as well this time. Mike told us they had a thick pack of snow here only three weeks ago. Hardly believeable if you see the downs in this summer weather! Bass player Behaving Dangerously - the Sequel
Huh? Dangerously? Yes. In this particular case he is risking sudden enlightenment... Our final concert at the Smugglers Inn in Pevensey was a very nice conclusion of the tour. Familiar faces were in the audience; some people who we saw on previous concerts this tour came driving down to Pevensey for another listen. A quiet, intense and intimate atmosphere, so different from the party we had in the Hare and Hounds but so good as well. We sat outside after the concert contemplating on this tour, and decided it may well have been one of the best, most rewarding tours we did. Not only because of the brilliant weathre, the nice venues and the good audiences, but also because of the great support and friendship we received from our agent Graham Pope and the inexhaustible enthousiasm and good cares of Nel and Mike Hammerton. Thank you guys, you have really made this a great tour for us!
